(2) The root canal has been cleaned and shaped after preparation.
(3) The root canal has been filled and sealed with temporary filling.
(4) The temporary filling has been removed, a cast post is placed in the canal before resin restoration, a crown(removable) has been setup and inflammation has diminished.
