Apply semi-gel polish over stamping plate image, scrape off excess polish, pick up image with jelly stamper, do not rush to stamp right away, best to leave the semi-gel stamping polish image on the jelly stamper for about 15 seconds and stamp over dry nail surface. Cure under LED/UV gel light for 60 seconds to harden. After cure under LED/UV gel light, apply and rub chrome pigment powder over the stamping image to chrome shine effect and brush off excess loose dust well before apply top coat.
